EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
If you receive the order and are not satisfied with the qualify, please contact us at email@example.com, with the order no and the problems. We only accept return or exchange within14 days after you received the hair, which must be unworn and in brand new condition.
There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours.
Any cancellation for orders placed on our website over 24 hours will incur a 15% handling fee.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Lush wig does NOT provide return labels and the cost of return should be handled by customers.
We can not accept a customized product to be returned.
We only accept US domestic exchanges and return.
No exchange and no return for international shipping.
We will charge 25% restock fee for return if no quality problems.
Before Shipping, a 15% re-production fee will be charged for any changes on orders placed over 24 hours.
After shipping, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
Once one exchange order is completed, returns for refund will not be acceptable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
